The PBB Method combines barre, dynamic Pilates, low impact cardio, functional movement and yoga, resulting in strong, healthy and happy bodies. Wake up muscles you didn’t know exist. You will strengthen and tone the entire body with a routine that is infused with conditioning intervals and transitions that are focused on flexibility. The classes are always evolving, never boring and keep you “on your toes.”
PBB is designed to sculpt rather than bulk the muscles, resulting in a longer and leaner looking physique. The ever moving flowing sequences help you burn calories whilst the barre and Pilates elements will give you the posture and alignment of a ballerina. Paola's PBB Method has won the Tatler Gym Awards in various categories over four consecutive years. In 2013, Paola opened her first PBB studio in Fulham, London, and currently also offers PBB classes at KXU and KX in London. The PBB Method has been taught in 12 boutique studios across London and has shaped and honed some of London’s most well-known bodies and bottoms! It is now accessible to everyone, anywhere, through the PBB At-Home App.
