PBB BURN

Are you ready to take your workout to the next level? The PBB Burn class is the perfect choice for those who want to challenge themselves and feel the burn. This class takes the traditional PBB workout up a notch with high-intensity cardio intervals and dynamic exercises, done at the barre with a series of bodyweight and mat work. You'll get your heart pumping with a combination of Pilates, yoga, thigh bands and weights leaving you with a sweat-drenched, full-body workout. Get ready to feel the famous PBB shake and burn! 

Intermediate / Advanced - Not suitable for pre/post natal

PBB SIGNATURE

Welcome to the ultimate low impact yet highly effective barre fusion class! Switch on muscles you didn't even know you had! This class is the original PBB Method Fusion (Pilates, Yoga, Barre) workout, created to incorporate the best elements from each of these disciplines to give you a comprehensive, full-body workout. The flowing series of mindful movements, keep you ever moving and present. You'll improve your posture, tone your muscles, and strengthen your entire body for a more functional, stronger body and mind. PBB Signature was the original class designed to accommodate  everyBODY inclusive of beginners. Get ready to experience the transformative power of the PBB Method!

PBB DYNAMIC PILATES BARRE

This is a low impact,  but very Dynamic Pilates Flow Floor Barre class which will keep you strong, flexible, aligned and worked from the centre.  Flow is no ordinary Pilates session. With more speed, reps, load and flow you will feel your heart rate rise, weaker muscles strengthened, tight muscles lengthened, stand tall like a ballerina and worked deep to your  “centre”.

PBB BURN + SCULPT

This is a powerful full body workout  for all fitness levels. Consisting of everything you would normally do in a PBB Burn class but ‘barre-less’ and based on the mat. There are segments of cardio added in to get your heart rate up! Expect to increase muscle definition, burn body fat and improve posture.

We will take your balance, technique and posture to the next level, whilst sculpting and defining the muscles with the use of thigh bands and weights to feel that famous PBB BURN.

All levels are welcome - Not suitable for pre and postnatal.

PBB BABYBARRE

Pregnancy and motherhood are beautiful experiences, but it can also put a strain on your body with so many changes occurring. That's why Paola (a mother of 3) created the PBB BabyBarre class, to offer safe, yet effective exercise fusions for the expectant mother or mothers who are postpartum. Fusing Pilates and yoga and specific designed exercises to support all stages of pregnancy and beyond. This class ensures safe and comfortable training that also gets results. The classes are delivered by our pre and postnatal experts, benefiting  both you and your baby. Building strength, alignment, pelvic floor training, core strength, and stability which are all imperative before and after the birth of your bundle of joy. We'll pay special attention to the muscles that help alleviate common pregnancy-related discomforts such as lower back pain, sciatica, swollen extremities, and weakened pelvic floor muscles. This time on the mat is a time for you to care for yourself and your baby, in a nurturing, caring community-driven environment. Our mums love the fact they can bring their babies. Not only are they so welcome at PBB, we also have someone on hand to cuddle your baby, whilst you get on with your class. 


This class is for Pre and postnatal women only. Babies are welcome (pre-toddler only)


PBB LEVEL UP

This class is designed to take the PBB Method class up a notch! With heavier weights (Bala beams and Bala rings) and progressive overload you will strengthen and condition your entire body. Staying true to the PBB Method you will still stretch and flow your way through your “rest periods"

Intermediate / Advanced

PBB SCULPT + ALIGN

This class combines the best of yoga, traditional Pilates, and floor barre for a workout that will stretch and strengthen your muscles. Say goodbye to neglected muscles and hello to a dynamic workout that's designed to challenge your balance, alignment and core strength. This class has flowing sequences, like yoga and Pilates but with the added load and toning results from a sculpt class. Incorporating blocks, thera-bands, light hand weights, Pilates ring, Pilates ball and ankle weights. Our barre series is done without a barre which challenges you and improves your balance and stability. Ankle weights are an option, however we encourage you to wear them for the infamous PBB Booty Lift. This class will improve your strength and alignment, and work you from the inside out! We make sure those teeny-tiny muscles that are often ignored are woken up!

PBB PEACH

Get ready to shake, shimmy, and tone your booty with the PBB Peach class! This upbeat, high-intensity workout is all about making your “peach” work, with plenty of fun along the way. PBB Peach will have you feeling the beat of the music and working hard. We love using props to add an extra challenge, so expect to see thigh bands, light weights, steps, and gliders to target the lower half of your body. This is the perfect class for anyone looking to add some excitement and challenge to their workout routine. Expect a lifted derriere like no other!
