Yoga and Dynamic Pilates Classes 〰️

We are so excited to announce the launch of our second PBB studio and the expansion of our PBB class offerings. Our new space is located at 2 Fulham High St, London SW6 3LQ, right next door to PBB studio 1 and is now allowing us to offer an even wider range of classes and services to you.

In addition to PBB classes, we will now be offering pre and postnatal yoga, yin yoga and meditation, power vinyasa yoga and dynamic Pilates flow. Our new classes are designed to promote mindfulness and mental wellbeing.

We are thrilled to introduce our new trainers: Marta, Lucia, Maud, Amanda and Oliver. Each of them brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our PBB team, and we are confident that they will help us continue to provide the highest quality of classes to you.

Classes on offer:

Prenatal Yoga:
Yoga for pregnancy is a wonderful opportunity to keep the body moving while learning to accept the changes mothers go through. This class is designed for expectant mothers from 12 weeks onwards, with different options to accommodate different levels of experience and energy. Learn breathing techniques and postures that will help the body through. Suitable for mothers who are at least 6 weeks postpartum. Babies are welcome. 

Postnatal Yoga:
An accessible postnatal yoga class designed to welcome mothers back to movement and breath after birth. The class is designed to rebuild the foundations for a strong and healthy body, as well as looking after mothers' mental wellbeing. Practice within a nurturing and community environment and leave the class feeling stretched and restored. Suitable for mothers who are at least 6 weeks postpartum. Babies are welcome.

Power Vinyasa Yoga: 
Power Vinyasa is a dynamic and physically challenging form of yoga that combines movement, breath, and mindfulness. This class is characterised by a series of flowing postures that are synchronised with the breath, creating a seamless and continuous sequence of movements. Expect a dynamic, powerful and fun sequence. Open to all levels.

Yin Yoga & Meditation:
A gentle and introspective style of yoga that focuses on slow, deep stretching and relaxation. This class is calm and meditative, with a focus on the lower body. Props will be used for support throughout the duration of the class. Expect a peaceful and nurturing space, providing an opportunity to slow down, increase body awareness, and cultivate a sense of inner stillness and tranquility.

Dynamic Pilates Flow:
An hour-long flowing sequence that emphasises alignment and core strength while using minimal equipment and relying heavily on bodyweight. This class is ideal for Pilates aficionados, individuals seeking to return to fundamentals, or beginners interested in working towards the PBB Method barre classes. Participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge about technique, form, and perfecting movements.
